What we accomplished together
Healthcare workers from across the country traveled to Washington with one shared purpose: keeping kids safe. Through clinical stories, data, and genuine conversation, our advocates made sure the voices of children and the people who care for them were heard in the halls of Congress.

Prepared and ready
The day began with a morning briefing on our policy priorities, the latest research on pediatric firearm injury, and practical guidance for meaningful conversations with lawmakers.
- 2
Clinicians in the room
Small teams of physicians, nurses, students, and advocates met with members of Congress and their staff, sharing what we see at the bedside and asking for evidence-based action.

A community that keeps going
We closed the day together, sharing outcomes and planning follow-up so every conversation turns into lasting momentum for children and families.
